Payment Processing



Shipping:
Little Saddler can ship to virtually any address in the world. If you do not see your country listed within our shipping carrier selections, simply email us for a shipping estimate to your country. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Free shipping for orders over $99 applies to shipping within the continental US. Oversize or overweight items may not be eligible and will be indicated accordingly.

Please note that when shipping to countries outside the continental USA via USPS, tracking numbers are not available. Choose UPS as your shipping option if you would like a tracking number for products shipped outside the continental USA.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns:
You must contact us before returning and/or exchanging any item(s). Returns made without contacting us first may be refused at your expense.

You may return most new, unopened/unused items within 7 days of delivery. Once an return authorization is given, the item must be mailed back within 7 days. A 10% restocking fee, with a minimum of $7, will be deducted for any items drop shipped. If free shipping was applied to your order, we will deduct the original shipping amount. Sealed packages that were opened are not returnable. Food and medication is not returnable. Items showing any sign of wear will be charged a minimum of 10% of the item's value. An additional 10% restocking fee will be applied to helmets. We will pay the return shipping costs if the item return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item). Free shipping does not apply for items being shipped for exchange.

NOTE: Special order, closeout, clearance, consignment and personalized items are NOT returnable (i.e.: special order saddle colors, customized saddle pads, engravings, etc). Sheets and Blankets may only be returned if they are unopened and/or have not been fitted on your horse. Bits may only be returned ONLY if they are unused. We reserve the right to refuse any bits that show any signs of wear. Saddles are not returnable, but may be exchanged (see below for complete policy).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Saddles - NO Returns - Exchanges ONLY:
You must contact us for an authorization number. Saddles may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of saddle, but only if they are in NEW and UNUSED condition, no wear marks may be visible. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted for any saddles drop shipped. If saddle shows any signs of usage, wear on flap, scratches, wear on billets, you will be charged a minimum of 10% and up to 50% of the saddle's value, and we reserve the right to refuse the exchange all together. Special Order saddles cannot be exchanged. Shipping exchanges and drop-ship charges are at your expense. Free shipping does not apply for saddles being shipped for exchange.
