To adjust saddle fitting shims are available (shims do not come with pad).

Not only does Ultra ThinLine reduce the shim action that causes rider's backs to ache (thus providing a pain-free ride), but it also allows riders to sit closer to their horse and quieter in the saddle.

Each of the English pads is made of the highest quality sheepskin and cotton, with a separate Ultra ThinLine panel sewn on either side (providing wither relief and a spine-free channel for the horse).

Each pad is also constructed with an open pocket so there is an option to shim for minor saddle fit adjustments.
